At Healthy Habits & You, we like to take the approach of "partnering" with our clients - it is a collaborative effort. We suggest, we offer selection of strategies, and we recommend different ideas at different times based on readiness and levels of motivation.
Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss. We can educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lifestyle and create an individualized plan to achieve your goals.
You'll start by telling me a bit about yourself: your goals, health challenges and daily routine (questionnaire). From there I will customize your program and we'll start the on-line coaching process
Through the use of Arbonne* products I will counsel you on what products will allow you to reach your weight managment goals and sustain the energy you need to function optimally through your day.
